The pictures you're about to see were taken in Elizabeth, NJ in 1995. I had a one bedroom aapartment, and it was the first time that I lived completely on my own without a roommate.

Playing guitar
I picked up the guitar again in 1994. I bought some finger pickin' blues books and went to town. I also bought a book with some classical tunes. Once i got them all down I was disinterested again. One of those things where I just wanted to prove to myself that I could do it. And I did.

I wanted to be an alcoholic
That's right, I wanted to be a full fledged alcoholic. It was actually my New Years resolution. I started drinking Johnny Walker Red, and Seagrams 7. I lasted about 4 days. I just don't like feeling drunk. I like to know what's going on around me at all times, and you sure can't do that when your piss drunk. Hangovers are absolute bullshit also. Excuse my Japanese.
I wanted to be a smoker
That's right, I wanted to be a smoker too. Yeah right. Whaddya think I'm an idiot! I just wanted to take some B&W's with the smoke curling up in front of the camera. They didn't come out so well though.
I wanted to be a mummy
To be truthful I don't know what the hell I was doing. Everytime I look at this picture I burst out laughing. I must have been drinking that day? Or the Mexican neighbors downstairs tied me up and took this picture, because I don't remember.
